I work for the city, and we searched high and low for a tool that would help us water the baskets hung high up on the lamp posts. We finally came across the Guttermaster and never looked back. This tool is high quality - it is commercial grade, ergonomic in design, and is light to hold for 8 hours a day in an elevated position. It’s not often you meet someone who will go to great lengths to get a particular push broom and can’t wait to receive it! But that’s me. Here’s why. My apartment has a very large balcony (12’ x 70’) that was covered in dust and dirt from construction occurring nearby. The balcony has embedded granules of sand dispersed throughout that make cleaning a challenge. I tried various brooms and mops but nothing did the trick. Then my neighbour suggested I borrow her Guttermaster Grey Line push broom. What a difference! The brush head was small enough to be nimble and stiff enough to get out even the most stubborn dirt. My balcony looked great so I decided to buy my own Guttermaster broom. I called various stores in my area with no success, so ended up calling Guttermaster for help. It’s rare these days to get great customer service, so the assistance that Lori gave me was much appreciated. She not only told me which store to call, but suggested that I ask the store to order the broom in for me. She even offered to call the store herself if I had no luck. That’s what I call going the extra mile. My broom is on its way and will hang at the ready the next time I need to clean my balcony. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone."

We live on the side of a cliff overlooking the ocean and our gutters are 14' above our decks so cleaning out our gutters is extremely dangerous. Since it's always raining, climbing a ladder is not the safest proposition. And if I fall, I'm looking at a 100 foot drop down a rocky cliff. So getting to them and cleaning them has been challenging... they’re filled with moss, lichens, twigs, leaves, pine needles, pine cones... several times a year. Our gutters were clogged the other day, so I got to put the new toy to work. I was able to stand on the ground and blast everything out of all of our gutters in under 10 minutes. They were as clean as if I had done it by hand followed up with spraying them out. What was normally a 2-3 hour very dangerous job is now a 10 minute walk around my house. The nozzle produces excellent pressure and blasted everything out of the gutter. I think too many people are expecting gold and silver for pennies. I was thinking this might be kind of junky. But for the price the quality is right on the dollar. I am very pleased with this product. For under $100, it has saved the day. Very impressive and well worth the $$$."
